For cupidsbow, who asked for: Fairy tales, Atlantis style.

Once upon a time, something happens to the denizens of the fair city of Atlantis which defies Rodney McKay's science...

Teyla discovers that she's the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter and goes on a quest to unite the Pegasus galaxy; John discovers a magic carpet; Sam climbs the beanstalk and finds the grumpy ogre Rodney at the top; Radek reveals he has pixie blood; Elizabeth is trapped in the underworld and is trying to find her way out; Ronon survives running for seven years due to the rusty Ancient lamp he found and rubbed; Keller finds a secret room with the preserved bodies of Ancients inside, but when she looks closer discovers they are missing their hearts; the team makes first contact with Ents; a device turns them all into the Fae; a mystical being places the city under an enchantment...

Or, you know, maybe they're just all really, really gay.

And they all live... well, now. That will depend on whether your tale is Disney compliant, or the other kind, with chopped off feet and bodies counts in the dozens.
