I'm inclined to say no to WIP, because okay, yes, we routinely ignore the "word limit"--ha!--on "flashfiction", but it seems to me like if the story is so long it's not finished by the time the challenge closes, its really not flashfiction of any kind and can't be considered eligible. Sorry!
