The structure was excellent, it really worked for this fic.
My favourite line - "You go all... squinchy-faced." McKay waggled his right hand, apparently tuning an imaginary radio. "Like an upset hedgehog."
I nearly choked to death on my cup of tea (I suspect that normal people would call that 'drowning' but oh well). Oh, and I loved the gynacological chair with possibly-adjustible stirrups too! This was absolutely fantastic, great job.
