For what's worth as a woman with no dating experience of my own, I didn't hate John. Though I think the rejection by Elizabeth probably helped. Right now I think the boys are in major bit of mis-comunication that I think will be harder on John as they try to work it out. Especially if anyone else finds out what happens, particularly Elizabeth and Teyla, who I expect would support Rodney and make John's life a bit difficult.
