I always knew that Ancient gene was going to get John into trouble. :) Creepily plausible! John's sliding into the Traveler, or vice versa, didn't seem to be clearly deliniated, so it's difficult to distinguish--it didn't seem like he'd always been that way, but then later in the story I got the feeling that it *was*. I could've misread, but regardless, wonderfully weird!
