Go for it, I'm all for spin-off's from my universe as long as the original source is referenced (i.e. basic world concepts came from X). This has yet to have any developed OCs, so no one for me to feel protective over.

Yes, I admit, I have a tendency to do things in chunks (That reminds me, I really need to eventually finish Out & About, never mind Dark Mother. I don't even have an excuse on DM anymore, I finished the book on PTSD (as evidenced by my Aiden Ford short).
