Yeah, but I've noticed a lot of the moral characters in the Stargate universe (SG1/SGA) either end up dying because they stick to their morals, or they begin to possess some moral flexibility because of what they're faced with. Carson's in a really tough place in the series at the moment; I and most people I know, would do a lot in his place to survive.
