Shark's cell walls - it's an interesting way to put it... bit too strong term for something that is not a plant or a fungus. May be they meant glycocalyx? Well, it is not totally impossible to make animal cells burst open... if we'd put shark into the microwave, or hit it with sledgehammer... (he-he-he)
