If you look at the top of the post (when in the full page mode with comments and such) in the bar of symbols at the top of the page there should be one that looks like a writing pen. That's the edit post tag. If you click that it'll bring the post up in an editing box and you can delete the unwanted tag and edit the one you do want then just hit save at the bottom and it changes it.
