I think AT has fallen into better place today. I still have a few more hours of writing time - I just had to pause to update Swordbearer:Persecution which, after nearly six months, has decided it wants to be written again.

Yeah, Ares was a total asshole in the show - the thing was, it was all in character, which is hard to do. Making someone a jerk is easy. Making someone a jerk in CHARACTER is not.
Jason Momoa is a bit lean for Ares. What about Noah Danby (http://www.thescifiworld.net/interviews/noah_danby_01.htm)? He does `fierce` well. (But I know for a fact he`s a sweetie in person).
