Abs and biceps are abs and biceps whether they belong to a couch potatoe or a weightlifter. But thinking on it, they do have a conotation of 'in shape' don't they? Somebody says abs and most people expect to see a sixpack, right? And 'upper arms' and 'belly' seem to lean more towards the couch potatoe; at least that's how it hit me. Interesting. I may hafta ponder on this for a bit.
