I figured that everyone would look at Teyla's conversion in their own way. John, having done something similiar, would see past it and to Teyla. Rodney would be wracked with guilt and that's one of the reason's he's not really in this story much. That's a whole different tale. Ronon... he sees someone contaminated by the Wraith and he can't see past that, not at first. Elizabeth has to look beyond the group and see what others would think (and eventually, she let Teyla back on the team again).
I didn't watch Sateda until after I wrote this, but I know exactly what you mean. That was quite the confession (and quite a fun scene with John's bumbling.)
