Challenge: Sharks/Amnesty
Rating: PG
Summary: He’s always been afraid of sharks.
Word Count: 100
He’s falling. The Wraith is attached to his chest and is slowly sucking his life out and they’re falling. The balcony didn’t seem this high up when his feet were safely planted, but now it’s forever, an endless stretch of Ancient architecture before the waves.
Those waves draw closer and he can already feel the ice-cold of the water. It’s in his fingers and his ears, same as playing in the snow, only different.
Subconsciously, he wonders if there are sharks on Atlantis. He hates sharks; stupid Spielberg.
The question registers, finally, and he laughs as they hit the water.
