I agree completely. It would be noticeable because then the city would stop working in a functioning sense. If the cooks stopped, the people that picked up left coffee cups and various everyday items that were left laying around, the laundry personnel. They all make the base work so the Senior staff and brilliant minds don't have to. It's very important. It would lead to arguments and discontent because no one would be able to find what was needed. They keep the place running while the rest save it.
