I must say, one thing I always like about your fics is that you write Kavanagh as a person. Usually he gets shunted to the stock-antagonist-scientist slot, even though on screen he may be a prick but he's certainly not a villian. Nor is he a coward (the other brush he gets painted with), because anyone willing to take a oneway trip to another galaxy can never claim that title.
