When I was ten, I used to read Wonder Woman comics, just to watch Diana Prince interact with the diplomats at the United Nations. I always thought that having a Lasso of Truth in the middle of all those secrets would be wild and dangerous and wonderful.

I was never able to talk my mother into getting me the costume. I've managed to talk a great many people into things since then, though.
