Weir's my favorite character...but that's what made that scene unforgivable to me. *sigh* IMO there was NO real evidence that it was Kavanaugh except that everyone dislikes him.

Absolutely. Frankly, I think the writing for the 2nd half of this season SUCKS (with the exception of 'Grace Under Pressure').

I really hope TPTB don't continue to take her down that road. Let this be the one time that stops her from ever crossing that line again, and I'll forgive it. If it becomes the beginning of a downward spiral...nuh uh.
