Okay first I wanna start by saying that I totally don't want to be hostile or you to think I'm being hostile. I just wanna... debate things. Because well... it's fun and there's so much pretty meat to chew on here. So uh I hope that I haven't come off as icky.

What you described up there? That's always been part of date-rape in my own mind. That two people can willing go into a situation, knowing that sex might be at the end. But partner A can feel unsure or overwhelmed, however partner B pushes and prods and overides partner A's feelings because B knows that A wants it, B just can't give A a chance to change their mind.
But it really doesn't matter what B knows and frankly in situations like this, it doesn't matter that A can't seem to get the words out to say stop. We've already stepped into a very gray area. Because sometimes A doesn't know they're allowed to say no or that they *want* to say no and B just frankly doesn't care enough to assauge any of A's doubts. B just wants to get laid.
Follow? That scenario can happen between strangers and it can happen between two people in a relationship.
