Stargate Atlantis Flashfiction

My, this hits hard, and sneakily, too; I was all lulled into the "John and Rodney have an everyday Earth vacation" pattern, even while I was waiting for the catch.

I won't be going alone is a particularly nice line; it feels off without feeling *wrong*, like something Rodney could say, but probably wouldn't to someone's face (if that makes sense). It's what made me scroll back, frantically looking for clues.
