Thank you for the catch! I literally HAD to post this--I was having trouble sleeping thinking about it.
I like the idea of Atlantis as being a vastly darker Moya;
Oooh, I forgot the Farscape connection. Nice!
I also found it interesting that Rodney - the lover of all technology - is the voice of reason here, while Sheppard and Weir succumb to Atlantis's lure.
I did that because of recent episodes and even the torture episode--Rodney is actually the one who doesn't want them to torture them.
