Damn. This is pretty brilliant. You've taken McKay and Shappard, completely canonincally in character, and then bent them. Bent them a bit more. Just a leeetle bit more, until they snapped. And then you've duct-taped the broken ends together until they're useful. Perfect for center-stage in your circus of the damned, the most expendable of the best.
Carson - eep. Ford, with that addictive personality. I have to wonder if Teyla is exactly the same as in canon. Because, actually, she would put up with all of that is she thought they had a real chance at protecting her people, fighting off the Wraith. And then there's the fact that Psycoath!Shepprd may actually be better suited for military command in the Pegasus galaxy than the canonical one. I'm looking forward to part 2!
