Very original disability! I like the way you revealed it. At first I thought he was 'just' deaf (if anyone can be 'just' deaf), but this is so much bigger! I liked the individual scenes, seeing how everyone handled Rodney and this change. And Rodney's thought about the gift that wasn't. How sad. And still uplifting, at the very end, that Elizabeth is trying to find a way for him to communicate without speech or the written word.
