Stargate Atlantis Flashfiction

I thought about it long and hard and figured the IOA's stance that this was a civilian expedition (as evidenced by Woolsey taking over) wouldn't mesh well with a buildup of military staff officers, though I do have to say, I like the idea of Sheppard being even more enmeshed in command minutiae than he ever figured he would be.
