Title: Deep In The Hundred Acre Galaxy
Author: [livejournal.com profile] notapipe
Wordcount: 3350
Rating: (Light) PG for language.
Pairings: None, really.
Warnings: Well, it's kind of absurd/crack. And there's an image. Also: AU.
Summary:
A donkey named Caldwell is his friend
and Teyla and little Radek
There's Rodney and Fordlet and there's Weir
but most of all Johnnie the Pooh.
Notes: Obviously, neither SGA nor Winnie The Pooh are mine. I haven't had this beta-ed, either. So, there's that.

Johnnie the Pooh was thinking. He was sitting on his thinking log, cleaning his P-90 and thinking. Very hard. )

The Animal Challenge is NOW closed; you can find the 25 entries archived here or using the Animal challenge tag.

New challenge coming right up!

Edited for typo: duh.

Edited again because, yes, yes, I admit it, my lame punmaking skills failed me! All I could think of was, "The Animal Challenge has been put down," which was in such staggeringly bad taste that I just STFU. But [livejournal.com profile] rattlecatcher has saved me! Guest closer Rattlecatcher say:

The animal challenge is:

penned.
denned.
leashed.
collared.
shedding (work with me here).
purring and ready to nap.
no longer endangered.
... but Rodney the Cat is alive! (sorry, Northern Exposure and Tennessee Williams are an unwholesome combination.)

To celebrate the return of SGA to television, and the return of SGA fandom being all back together, I give you, "The Return Challenge." The germ of this challenge stems from [livejournal.com profile] gemmi999's desire for a post-Atlantis challenge, where the characters have to go back to earth and try to make new lives for themselves, which sounds to me an awful lot like what happens in "The Return." But there's so much more potential for stories in that ep: the goodbyes we didn't see! The hellos we didn't see! John redecorating his room after the replicators are gone! (thank you, Cin!) Teyla and Ronon having to go on, post-Atlantis. What did the Ancients do to the city; worse, what did the Replicators do? Let's have a little communal processing of canon, what do you say?

It's April 16th by my watch; stories will be due April 30th at midnight.
