ADMIN: Change In Journal Layout

A couple of people popped up to say that the existing sga_flashfic layout, pretty as it was, was crashing or straining their laptops; I asked around about this and was told that "Component," which we were using, was one of the hardest on small machines, and that "Flexible Squares," which is what I've just switched us to, is one of the easiest to swallow, code-wise. I'm no web-guru, but if this works, it would be great. If you find it noticably easier (anonymous interlocutors from yesterday! I'm talking to you!) please let me know!
