Notes: epigraph from 1.18, “The Gift”. I actually wrote this as once piece, but the segments are not sequential, so ranks, characters, and verb tenses change. Stretching the topic just a little bit, because the coolest thing about alien geography is that it can imprint on your DNA!

Summary: Atlantis dims all her beautiful lights when he leaves.
