Title: Mission Form Checklist
Author: paranoidangel
Challenge: Documentation
Summary: With all this paperwork it's a wonder they ever get any work done.
Notes: Inspired by rokeon's hilarious Unofficial Post-Mission Evaluation Form, and some of our forms at work that have to be filled in for every project. I was tempted to do some of the other forms mentioned on this one but I'd be here all year...

Memo from Elizabeth Weir to all personnel:
It has been brought to my attention that not all team leaders are filling in all the relevant paperwork. Please ensure you fill in the attached form and all those it references for sending to the SGC every week.

This was cool, and almost scarily realistic. And I love your icon!

Yikes! That's scarily real-looking. :-D I suspect the Daedalus will be full of secretaries with high security clearences on the next trip out.

(And your icon is priceless!!)

LOL! Yes, I know, I'm one myself, but I never think of myself that way. I guess I'm showing my age. :)

Nutritional Request Form completed (3.2/6)
(for missions lasting longer than one hour)

(or for missions under one hour that include Dr. McKay)

I love that they have a form to use when people follow them home. And there really is an official Post-Mission Evaluation Form!!

*ridiculously happy*

Refugee Personnel Form Completed, if applicable

That one amuses me though I've no idea why. It'd be a useful one to have... they're always picking up strays!

*shudders* No wonder O'Neill and John both hate paperwork.

Hehe. Oh, this is fun. And, yeah, we need to see some of those forms, like the Nutritional and Refugee forms...

Hee!

Very realistic. That's why they only get one 50 minute mission done per week, of course *g*
