yes, poor John, flummoxed at being asked(ordered) to do the deflowering, and then flummoxed at not being the one to do it. He can't win.
Rodney the slut is oblivious and grateful and hyper. If John were more obviously cute about it, you might love him too! (Personally, I find John kind of adorable and awkward when he's being romanced by alien ladies in the show.)
