Under "Infectious Agent" you forgot "Protist" (aka "single-celled animals" such as amoebic dysentery or malaria) and "Parasite" (e.g. liver fluke, Go'auld). Otherwise, you make me supremely happy -- I love tentaclefic.

Thanks, I spent the day at work scribbling really stupid forms in my notebook while the boss wasn't looking. I scrapped an 'Impregnated by Alien Lifeform' form and a 'Death by Misfortune (Appendix 3a - Eaten)' form ;)

Bwah. Zelenka is engrossed in his subspace energy experiments when... *schloorp* one of Rodney's tentacles whips out and snags his laptop. "What are you working on, Zippy?" Rodney says, dangling the laptop in front of his face, while Radek tries to peel himself off the ceiling.
