He's dreaming about the time they'd spent their vacation in Maui, and didn't see the beach for two weeks. Maui is supposed to be warm. Rodney is always warm, which is why he doesn't understand...

He's woken by the chill of the night air against his stomach. Damn bastard, always stealing the covers. He reaches out to grab the edge of the blanket, perhaps to tuck his toes under the warmth of a sleeping Rodney.

He hates this. Hates waking up fully and remembering. He picks the blanket of the floor and wraps himself in it, even colder than before.
