This story is for my so-called "friends," who have decided that, since I've written incest, my dignity is clearly in freefall. Terri, Julad, Livia, Mia, you're sick little monkeys! Thank you shalott and dira for moral--well, immoral--support of the beta variety.

I think this is a personal best (worst?) for me--141k of flashfiction. I would say that this story is really weird, except actually, scarily, this story is really kind of typical for me. SGA seems to be the fandom where I feel like I should preface everything I write with an apology, and so--hey, I'm really sorry. Hope you enjoy it anyway!

Title: Last Will and Testament (141k)
Author: Speranza
Pairing: Sheppard/McKay

Uh, I'm posting this for--you know, a friend, um, Lady Crackhead of Andoria. She is, uh, known in obscure fandoms in--um. Norway. *cough* Anyway.

This story was inspired by a piece of Resonant's last story, though there's no direct connection. This story also has a second part, or more accurately a companion piece, but this first part fit this week's challenge, so. I hope to have the next part out soon!

This story has also helped me discover my real SGA OTP: John/Atlantis.

Thanks to shalott, resonant, Terri, and most especially Merry for beta!

Part Two, kind of, of Resonant's flashfiction Resolution; I wanted John's side of the story and she told me to write it my damn self, so I did.
