ADMIN: Amnesty 2010!

Dear sga_flashficcers: I'm sorry that I've been such a bad mod lately; I have been thinking about what to do with this community in the future, and might put up a poll soon reflecting various options, so stay tuned. (Suggestions are also welcome if someone has any great ideas of what we could do with this space, or if people think maybe it's time to let go.)

But in the immediate future: it is AMNESTY TIME. You can write on ANY CHALLENGE we have ever had; there is a complete list in the tags. Get that Harlequin out of your system! Folklore! Skirts! Culture clash. So many great challenges, so little--okay, actually there's time. But you get my drift!

Please be sure to tag entries with the relevant tag as well as Amnesty 2010!

I had a challenge idea and no where to put it, perhaps hosting those 'orphan' challenges? Or a crossover challenge with what ever has someone's fancy (or select fandoms, by poll or executive order).

Is there a set deadline for posting for Amnesty 2010? I'm doing a "ten ficlets strung together" style of story and have seven finished, if the deadline's tomorrow I can just change the name to Seven Tiny Tales and be done with it. But if I have a little more time, I can finish the other three. Do I have a wee bit 'o time left?

Oh HONEY, you have as much time as you need. Depending on what's decided in the new year - we'll do this AT LEAST until the new year - we may go on permanent amnesty! So go on and write!

There *was* such a policy, but being as we're on more or less permanent amnesty until we can figure out what we want to do with this place, I'd call it suspended for the moment! <3

Sorry to pester you.... I tried to comment on one of elementalv's fics [http://sga-flashfic.livejournal.com/849555.html] buit it was apparently marked as spam. (I know I'm years behind, but that seems sorta harsh! ;-) Actually I think it's because my comment includes a link to an online article. When you get a chance (in your copious spare time ;-) could you save my comment from spammification? Thanks!
