Title: Cradle
Author: Salieri
Challenge: exploring Atlantis
Pairing: Sheppard/McKay
Rating: PG for a little language
Notes: erm, I dunno if this counts as exploring Atlantis, since they are outside of Atlantis, but they can see it from a... different angle, I guess. This story is a little bit inspired by [livejournal.com profile] danvers' coooool AU, "Heat," in which there is parachuting (because, obviously, Danvers knows me and loves me and gives me caaaaaandy), so I hope she doesn't mind. Also, I must thank [livejournal.com profile] tafkarfanfic, who made me a cd called "A Sultry Evening," which was playing in the headphones while I was writing.

Title: Latency
Pairing: Sheppard/McKay
Rating: NC-17
Spoilers: through "The Eye"
Challenge: [livejournal.com profile] sga_flashfic - City Exploration

Summary: He could make a fortune with this technology back on Earth. Of course, it would probably bring about the fall of western civilization at the same time, but who the hell cared?

A/N: I owe a lot to Century Hotel for the persistent mental image of David Hewlett face-down in bed. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] sarren and [livejournal.com profile] cathexys for beta duty. Any remaining bad is my own doing.

Disclaimer: Not mine. If they were...well, let's just say they wouldn't have much time for missions.

This story was inspired by a piece of Resonant's last story, though there's no direct connection. This story also has a second part, or more accurately a companion piece, but this first part fit this week's challenge, so. I hope to have the next part out soon!

This story has also helped me discover my real SGA OTP: John/Atlantis.

Thanks to shalott, resonant, Terri, and most especially Merry for beta!

Title: Under the Boardwalk
Author: Kiara Sayre
Rating: Eh. A ten-year-old could read it.
Pairing: Gen, could be read as--bear with me--Ford/Heightmeyer
Challenge: Explore/Rooms of Atlantis
Summary: It's summer on Atlantis, and Ford isn't the only one taking a walk.
Notes: Okay, so it isn't a boardwalk and they aren't under it, but I couldn't think of a better title. I got the idea for Ford and Heightmeyer after reading a very excellent fic by [livejournal.com profile] danvers (Surrender--seriously, check it out, it's pretty awesome), and this isn't so much ship as those characters interacting at all.

Title: Relaxation
Author: [livejournal.com profile] lamardeuse
Characters/Pairing: McKay/Sheppard
Rating: Adult for sweaty m/m sex and swearing
Spoilers: Sanctuary
Words: c. 2770 (eep)
Notes: Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] misspamela for giving me the SGA virus and betaing this first effort in the fandom. I need another fandom like I need a hole in the head, but I cannot resist the undeniable lure of the snark. Hopefully once I get this one out there I can go back to my regular sandboxes for a while.
Summary: John discovers a new way to relax.

So far, we've seen like...nine rooms and a hallway. What else is out there in the city? What used to go on there? What goes on there now? We know the Ancients had bedrooms and labs...did they have libraries? Theatres? Amusement parks? Malls?

(...Starbucks, for the love of all that is good and decent?)

Pick a direction, and send our guys off exploring the city. Then tell us what they find, and what they do when they get there!

It's Sunday evening by my watch; stories will be due next Sunday, May 22nd, at midnight Eastern time. Give or take.
